Delete your ScoreLivePRO account

In the app (if your version has the option)

1. Open ScoreLivePRO and sign in.
2. Go to Profile / Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you can't do it in the app, email support@scorelivepro.it from the email address linked to your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We confirm deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• First name, last name, email and password.
• Favorite teams and leagues and notification settings.
• Push notification tokens linked to the account.

What may be kept

Only data we are legally required to keep, and anonymous or aggregated technical logs that do not identify you, for a limited time (generally no longer than 12 months).

Only some data?

You can also ask us to delete only some data without closing your account: email support@scorelivepro.it.
