1. Acceptance

By downloading or using ScoreLivePRO (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Accounts

Some features, such as favorites and personalised notifications, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and providing accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to our servers or systems.
• Do not interfere with the App or scrape its content.

4. Sports data

Scores and statistics come from third-party sources and are provided for information only. We do our best to keep them accurate and timely, but they may contain delays or errors. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for financial decisions or betting.

5. Intellectual property

The software, the ScoreLivePRO brand and the App's design belong to the owner. Team and competition names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Advertising

The App is free and shows third-party ads. We are not responsible for advertisers' content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use or temporary unavailability.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You can close your account at any time: see Delete account.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when published on this page.

10. Governing law

Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. Contact: support@scorelivepro.it.
