Information we collect
- Account data (only if you create an account): first name, last name, email address and password, stored in encrypted form.
- Favorites and settings: teams and leagues you follow and notification preferences.
- Push notification token, to send you the alerts you choose.
- Technical and device data: device model, operating system, device and advertising identifiers, IP address and access logs.
- Usage data: screens viewed and features used, to improve the app.
How we use it
- To provide the app and personalised features (favorites, notifications).
- To manage your account and login.
- To send service communications.
- To analyse usage, improve the app and fix bugs.
- To show ads, personalised only with your consent.
- For security and abuse prevention.
Legal bases: performance of the service you request, your consent (personalised ads and non-essential analytics) and our legitimate interest in security and service improvement.
Third-party services
- Google AdMob – advertising. It may use device identifiers to serve ads; in the EU personalised ads require your consent, which you can change at any time in the app.
- Google Analytics / Firebase – usage analytics and push notifications.
- Hosting and sports data providers – to run the service.
Some providers may process data outside the European Union under GDPR safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete it, we erase it within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise. Technical logs are kept for a limited time, generally no longer than 12 months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@scorelivepro.it. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy: Garante Privacy).

You can delete your account and related data by following the steps on the Delete account page.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures such as encrypted connections and encrypted passwords. No system is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date.
